Stage 1

When you request a consultation, I send you or e-mail you a Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to complete, which you bring with you to your appointment.

Stage 2

During the consultation, that lasts an hour, I draw up a personal health programme to meet your particular needs. The assessment is made from your completed questionnaire, and discussion with you. I explain clearly how you can practically incorporate the recommendations into your daily life. I recommend reducing foods that are hazardous for you and increasing foods you need to focus on that can help bring healing and nourishment.

I prescribe food supplements to address your nutrient deficiencies and imbalances that may help accelerate the healing process

Stage 3

I monitor and adjust your diet and supplement programme as you progress to achieve your goals in optimum health.

Therefore, follow up consultations, that last 1/2 hour - 1 hour are recommended. The first follow up is usually 4 – 5 weeks later which gives you an opportunity to make some dietary changes and feel the positive differences. Eg.more energy, much better digestion, clearer skin. Further follow ups are arranged accordingly.

Telephone Consultations

For those unable to visit a clinic through distance or illness, I do telephone consultations and the nutrition report is sent to you in the post. The cost is the same. For clients who live outside the UK, e-mail is also used in conjunction with the telephone.

Nutricheck

This is a mini consultation for those who are already on their way to optimum health with good nutrition but feel the need to check on some factors. There are so many supplements to choose from in health food shops and the Internet that it can be baffling. Some people need their supplement programme professionally assessed for what is right for your personal needs and to be assured that they are a complimentary combination of supplements. A short questionnaire is completed. Nutricheck lasts 30mins.
